If you decide you would like to go ahead with counselling then please feel free to get in touch.  You can contact me by email, telephone, text, WhatsApp or simply fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

Once you have left me a message, I will try to get back in touch with you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable time for a free, confidential 20 minute telephone consultation.  This consultation is to help us understand each other better, it will help me better understand your needs and it may help you to decide whether you would like to continue with me. 

The first important decision you will make is to choose the right counsellor, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have at this stage.  There is no obligation to continue at this point, but if you do decide you would like to go ahead, we will agree the timing of our first session.
